📍 Eden, Texas
Following catastrophic flooding on July 4th, 2025, three bridge crossings within Concho Springs Golf Course failed due to excessive scour. As On-Call Engineer for the City of Eden, Moramax performed a site assessment and recommended replacement with 48" corrugated metal culverts from city stock, increasing hydraulic capacity from ~3.5 CFS to an estimated 114 CFS — a critical improvement protecting the golf course without downstream impact.
📍 San Angelo, Texas (Tom Green County)
Moramax prepared a full On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Suitability Study per 30 TAC §285.4(c) for a 50-acre, 3-lot subdivision proposed for RV park development. Work included soil borings and geotechnical evaluation, 100-year floodplain analysis using the Rational Method, stormwater drainage planning, and regulatory coordination with Tom Green County and TCEQ Region 8.

Moramax supported the City of San Angelo's Business & Industrial Park, a certified AEP SuperPark site spanning multiple phases along Loop 306 and FM 380. The park hosts major tenants including Amazon, FedEx, FritoLay, Warren CAT, and NexTier. Moramax provided civil engineering and planning support including utility coordination, annexation mapping, and adjacent property analysis for future development phases.

Moramax prepared a preliminary planned development concept for a Developer's proposed mixed-use "Super Park" near the intersection of Monument Drive and Gateway Drive. The phased concept plan includes an initial commercial lot with future phases across additional acreage, sited adjacent to existing detention infrastructure and coordinated with city utility alignments.

Full engineering plan set for a new accessory dwelling unit in Missouri City, TX, prepared for Ten Twelve Remodeling. Moramax delivered a comprehensive 11-sheet package covering foundation design with select fill specifications, structural framing and roof plans, electrical layout, HVAC duct sizing, sewer and plumbing plans, and internal dimensions — all permitted through the City of Missouri City.

Engineering support for a new 2-story duplex on a 4,000 SF urban infill lot in Houston's Wheeler Peavy & Sons Estates. Moramax provided site plan review and civil engineering coordination including impervious cover calculations (56%), drainage swale design, driveway layout, and stormwater compliance per City of Houston requirements.
